Around 20% of the net profit is re-invested in Research and development each year.
Partnerships are created and work is done with laboratories around the world in order to be up to international standards. Local partnerships are also made with academic institutions and local cooperatives so as to have a continual improvement process within the region.
The production at all levels is well controlled and each batch is correctly analyzed in order to be accepted in its quality and approved to be sold to the Fragrance, Flavor and Cosmetic industries.
